Below are our policies regarding shipping and returns:
1. We ship our products directly from our bakery. All orders received Monday through Friday by 11:00 AM Pacific Time will be shipped on the same business day, except for major holidays observed by FedEx. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and major FedEx holidays.
2.The customer does incur the cost of shipping. The actual cost of the shipping and the shipping method you choose is tabulated during the check out process.
3. There is a full guarantee of quality with our products when they are shipped. We recommend that you either refrigerate or freeze our products when you receive them. Because our products are organic, we do not use preservatives. We do not guarantee any damage or quality degradation that may occur during the shipping process. To ensure the best quality, customers may want to select faster shipping methods, which tend to be more expensive.
4. Payment can be made using by credit card. We do not accept money orders or checks.
5. Shipping costs are calculated once you are done shopping and press the button "Proceed to Checkout". We ship via FedEx and do not add on extra fees to the shipping cost. We will send you an email notifying you about when your product has shipped.
