Below are our policies regarding shipping and returns:

1. We ship our products directly from our bakery. To ensure the freshness of our products, all orders received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date ordered. The shipping date depends on our baking and shipping schedules. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We'd rather not have your order stuck over a weekend at a warehouse.

2.The customer does incur the cost of shipping. The actual cost of the shipping and the shipping method you choose is tabulated during the check out process.

3. There is a full guarantee of quality with our products when they are shipped. We recommend that you either refrigerate or freeze our products when you receive them. Because our products are organic, we do not use preservatives. We do not guarantee any damage or quality degradation that may occur during the shipping process. To ensure the best quality, customers may want to select faster shipping methods, which tend to be more expensive.

4. Payment can be made using by credit card. We do not accept money orders or checks.

5. Shipping costs are calculated once you are done shopping and press the button "Proceed to Checkout". We ship via FedEx and do not add on extra fees to the shipping cost. Orders received prior to 2 PM Pacific Standard Time will usually ship within two or three business days depending on items ordered and our production schedules. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. We will send you an email notifying you about when your product has shipped.
